The Inn at Windmill Farm
Windmill Farm is located in the beautiful Door County Peninsula north of Sturgeon Bay. To get to the farm you need to take Highway 57 north of Green Bay to Sturgeon Bay (approximately a one hour drive). Continue on Highway 57-42 and cross the bridge and continue to the north side of Sturgeon Bay where Highways 57 & 42 split. You will then have two route choices:
Route 1: Continue driving north on Highway 57 through Institute and Valmy to Jacksonport. In Jacksonport, turn left (west) on County V-A. Drive ½ mile and turn right (north) on County A. Continue on County A for 3½ miles to Fairview Road. Turn left (west) on Fairview Road and continue for 1½ miles to Windmill Farm at 3829 Fairview Road (on the left side).
Route 2: Continue straight ahead on Highway 42 for 11 miles through Carlsville to Hillside Drive (across from the large sign for “The Landmark”). Turn right (east) on Hillside Drive and continue for 2.7 miles crossing County Highway T and continuing to Memorial Drive. Turn left (north) on Memorial Drive and continue for ½ mile to Fairview Road. Turn right (east) on Fairview Road and continue for ½ mile to Windmill Farm at 3829 Fairview Road (on the right side).
